We endeavour to despatch your order within 2-3 days of your order being placed.  Standard shipping should mean you should receive your order within 3 days of despatch (however, please allow up to 5 days).  You will receive an email when the item has despatched from us.

Express delivery 

N.I and UK - 1^st class and tracked  £10.95

Despatched same day where possible, or next day.

 

Delivery outside of the UK and Ireland

At present we are only set up to operate shipping to UK and Ireland, but if you are elsewhere and are after something specific, drop us a note and we will get a quote for you and do our best to help.

 

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your items, but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you need to notify us within 14 days.  Please do get in touch first before returning anything so we can confirm the return process and then once you’ve notified us, the item must then be received by us within 14 days of your returns request.   

Please note, to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same saleable condition, with all labels and packaging still attached and the item unused.  Postage costs will be deducted from the total refunded.  Return postage is at your own expense, please obtain proof of postage for your own records.  

 

Damages / Faults

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please drop us an email within 24hrs of receipt.  Please attach photos of the damage to your email, and do not return the item until we have been in touch to discuss the replacement / refund process with you.
